We, DCT Team mostly work with most clients under time constraints, we have developed efficient strategies that put us in a position to deliver on the agreed time while remaining transparent to the client of the progress made on the project. One of the strategies we use for example is handling work proactively in phases that are interdependent while concurrently executing independent ones. SCS is done during the shipment of the active network equipment, while the configurations are done even before the equipment is shipped

DCT prides itself on providing turnkey solutions that fit and integrate well with the client needs as well as the client’s existing ecosystem. After the implementation of the project, we do not let our clients hang and dry, instead, we make sure that high standard testing of equipment is done – such as Fluke Testing, Wi-Fi heat mapping, SCS labeling – all as part of a rich documentation for the client’s reference. Along the same lines, we provide manufacturer warranties of all equipment we supply as well as support/managed services for a defined period of time, giving the client a peace of mind to focus on their business and other important matters without worrying about the IT facilities
